ugh

ugh so there. I updated.. and FYI I can't update if there is nothing to update about. I ate pancakes for dinner. I'm never making pancakes again because I always mess them up. Tom can make them from now on. He doesn't mess them up. mine come out as bread tangles of pancakes. It's cold and it blizzarded today. i discovered I have SAD which is seasonal a.. disorder.... I can't remember what the A stands for. But it's when in the winter you get depressed overeat and are tired all the time because the sun's never out and I don't know look up about it on google or something. I'm to fat, depressed and tired to tell you about it. I swear the sun never shines in Utah. What the heck Utah!?

What doctor diagnosed this problem? Go skiing. And you're not fat.

I'm sorry you have S.A.D. (standing for Seasonal Affective Disorder.) I had to laugh though (can a sad person make someone else laugh?-you are fun to read)because my first fight with my husband was over blueberry pancakes...and everytime we made them it would happen again. I don't make them anymore. ;-) I hope that you can find some sun. Meanwhile keep updating. Sometimes we get sick and tired of sunshine and wish for a melancholy snowy day. Hang in there.

Peach,

One of the things that causes depression in winter is the lack of vitamin D that we get from the sunshine. So, drink milk and/or other dairy products. Also, dairy is supposed to help with weight loss they say nowadays. Go to the gym and get some excercise because that ups your endorphines and cheers you up as well. I love you.

why do you think your fat?!? and ty for updating. and just bc tom doesn't mess up the pancakes doesn't mean they're tasty. i love your bread tangles of pankaks. they very yummy.plus if you want the sun, come back to az. i'll go sleep in mine and jacob's "hide-out" and you can have the bed, then i won't have to make it anymore! jk:)

p.s.-remember that one Elder who was from the snow? remember that he asked if you've ever really been to the snow? remember how angry that made you?think about that and no more sad. or you could think of me and be happy! i nake you laugh lotsa times!

Mom, despite popular belief, you can only get vitamin D from the sun. Just so you know. Its not in the milk. Sorry. Besides, Alicia doesn't really like milk. When you are SAD what you need to do is go to the gym and get on the elliptical. That always cheers me up.
